How can the installers adjust their weekly availability?

Individual installers on your roster can adjust their recurring weekly availability by following the steps below. 

Therefore, to adjust the recurring weekly availability, individual installers on your roster should go to the dashboard within the ReadiCharge Installer app and click on the 'gear' icon located at the bottom of the screen then select the 'recurring calendar' setting option. From there, they can select any specific date to adjust the hours.

Default “All Day” setting is 7am to 7pm.

Remember that some service tiers, or multiple charger installations, can take up to 12 hours. If the installers offers these services, the installer MUST be sure the availability includes at least one day with 7am to 7pm.

REMINDER: By setting the availability the installer agree to take any appointments scheduled during the available time slots. It is the installer's responsibility to manage the calendar.
