Yes. Installers can override their recurring weekly availability. It is important to note that both the admin and the installer can set the installer's availability. However, the last person to set the availability is the only one with the capability of overriding the recurring weekly availability.
Therefore, to override the recurring weekly availability, whoever sets the recurring availability last MUST go to the dashboard within the ReadiCharge Installer app and click on the 'calendar' icon located at the bottom of the screen then select any specific date to adjust the hours.
They will be able to edit their schedule at any time in their dashboard after they have completed their account setup.
Default “All Day” setting is 7am to 7pm.
It is IMPORTANT to note that some service tiers, or multiple charger installations, can take up to 12 hours. If an installer offers these services, they should ensure their availability includes at least one day with 7am to 7pm.
REMINDER: By setting their availability installers agree to take any appointments scheduled during their available time slots. It is their responsibility to manage their calendar.
