What if an installer forgets to update their schedule and they are no longer available at the time scheduled?

To reschedule a job the installer MUST follow these steps:

1. First, the installer MUST message the customer directly to choose a date and time that works best for both of them. 
2. Find the job ticket in their job queue dashboard. 
3. Click on job details in their job ticket.
4. Tap on the “Reschedule” button at the bottom of the screen and choose a new date agreed upon by both the installer and the customer. This can be any date even if the installer had not previously assigned availability to that date.
5. A notification will be sent to the customer to confirm the date that the appointment has been changed. We recommend that installers also reach out to the customer through messages within the ReadiCharge Installer app to follow-up for alignment on the rescheduled appointment.
