To schedule your installer's calendar, the admin or the individual installer MUST select any specific date to set the installers' availability for that day. If they have previously set recurring hours for that date, new specific hours will override the current recurring hours.
Default “All Day” setting is 7am to 7pm.
Basic Installation service is estimated to take up to 6 hours (with travel time), so to ensure that your installers are able to complete the installation in one visit, ReadiCharge requires for them to be available for at least 6 hours in a day.
Remember that some service tiers, or multiple charger installations, can take up to 12 hours. If your installers offer these services, be sure their availability includes at least one day with 7am - 7pm.
IMPORTANT: By setting your availability you agree that your installer can take any appointments scheduled during the available time slots. It is your responsibility to manage your calendar.
