Recurring availability allows for predictable scheduling if your installer prefers to work consistent, repeated days and hours. You can override your recurring hours by selecting any specific date.
Default “All Day” setting is 7am to 7pm.
Basic Installation service is estimated to take up to 6 hours (with travel time), so to ensure that your installers are able to complete the installation in one visit, ReadiCharge asks that they be be available for at least 6 hours in a day.
Remember that some service tiers, or multiple charger installations, can take up to 12 hours. If you offer these services, be sure your installers’ availability includes at least one day from 7am to 7pm.
IMPORTANT: By setting your recurring availability you agree that your installers can take any appointments scheduled during the available time slots. It is your responsibility and your installers' to manage your calendar.
