ReadiCharge customers schedule their appointments based on the availability published by your admin or installers. Therefore, it is critically important to keep your calendar up to date and accurate, in order to maintain customer confidence. 

Your installers can reschedule when necessary, but their initial availability is critical as this is what the customer sees when they first set their appointment.  

Because scheduling is vital to our collective success, and to ensure reliable service, ReadiCharge utilizes an internal ratings system to determine which individual installers are best for each job. Two key components are scheduling commitment and on-time arrivals. 

Failure to adhere to your stated availability may result in loss of job opportunities or dismissal from the ReadiCharge team.
