How do my company installers prepare for the job?

First your installers MUST check to ensure that the job that has been assigned to them and check the time when they are expected to be on site. They can find all these details on their job ticket in the ReadiCharge Installer app.

The installer MUST then confirm with the customer whether they have received their charger. If they have received the charger, the installer should ensure that they have all the materials they will need to complete the job before leaving to start the project.

However, if the customer has not received their charger, installers can reschedule the job. Follow this LINK for more information on rescheduling.

Lastly, installers must ensure that they have ReadiCharge branded stickers to place on the newly installed EVSE charger after they complete the installation. A photo of the newly installed EVSE charger with the ReadiCharge branded sticker is required to mark the job as complete, which triggers payment to you company's account.
