What happens if the admin loses the company's user ID?

Your company's user ID is also the email address used to register. It is important to use an email address through which your company regularly receive emails. There is no way to retrieve your company's email address, however we have incorporated an email address confirmation upon registration to ensure that the admin or the person registering is comfortable with the email address your company will be using with ReadiCharge.
