How do my company and installers become ReadiCharge Certified?

For your company to become a certified ReadiCharge installer, your company MUST be state licensed and insured. Installers performing installations on behalf of your company MUST also be added to your company roster. To complete these requirements for certification, click this LINK. 

Once your company has achieved certification as a ReadiCharge company installer, your rostered installers MUST complete a background check to also attain ReadiCharge certification. Once you have added installers to your roster, they will receive an email with instructions to download the ReadiCharge Installer app and unique log-in credentials to gain access as one of your company installers to complete a background check.

Each company installer on your roster MUST agree and submit to a background check before they are granted certification. Failure for installers on your company roster to complete and receive a satisfactory background check will prevent your company from scheduling and receiving ReadiCharge jobs.

Keep in mind that your company can obtain certified ReadiCharge company installer status. However, your company will be unable to get ReadiCharge jobs until you have at least one rostered installer ReadiCharge certified.

After completing the account setup within the ReadiCharge company installer portal found at readicompany.readicharge.com, your account will be reviewed and you will be notified within 48 hours about your certification status. Once your rostered company installers have submitted their background check, both your company and the rostered installer will be notified within 48 hours about their certification status.

When your documents become approved and are confirmed to be ReadiCharge certified for both your company and your rostered installers, you will receive ReadiCharge branded stickers for use during installation projects.
