What do ratings affect?

ReadiCharge utilizes an internal ratings system to determine which installers are best for each job.

Higher ratings indicate better quality or a more positive experience with your installers' installation services, making them more likely to get jobs through ReadiCharge.

NOTE: We expect certified ReadiCharge installers to provide exceptional service. Therefore, if any of your installer's overall rating falls below 3 Stars their account will be evaluated for potential dismissal from the ReadiCharge team.
