What happens in case the installer is not certified?

If the installer is not certified, the uncertified installer on your roster will be unable to schedule jobs until their certification is approved.

For your rostered installers to be ReadiCharge certified, your company MUST be state licensed, insured and backgound-checked. Installers performing installations on behalf of your company MUST also be added to your company roster. To complete these requirements for your company certification, visit ReadiCharge.com.

Once your company has achieved certification as a ReadiCharge company installer, each company installer on your roster MUST agree and submit to a background check before they are granted certification. Failure for installers on your company roster to complete and receive a satisfactory background check will prevent your company from scheduling and receiving ReadiCharge jobs.

After certification, should the company's documents expire, your account will be suspended until the documents are validated.
